Wigston and South Wigston Designation of an Area for Selective Licensing 2025

    Area

Part of Wigston and South Wigston, 'delineated in blue on the map at Annex A', which the notice says 'includes, but is not limited to, an area bounded by Granville Road and Brighton Avenue to the north, Avondale Road to the east, Countesthorpe Road to the South and Saffron Road and Hindoostan Avenue to the west'. The notice says 'the addresses included within the designation are listed in Annex B'. Annex B is a street list, but it includes 'Cleveland Road (up to 44)', and through roads such as Leicester Road, Blaby Road and Station Road may extend beyond the area, so road name alone does not decide coverage; confirm the address on the Annex A map and Annex B list.

'The Designation shall come into force on the on 10 November 2025... The designation shall cease to be of effect from five-years from 10 November 2025.'
